Cancelation or No-Show Appointment:

If you find that you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time within 24 hours of the appointment, there will be a mandatory cancellation/no-show fee of $40 for a weekday appointment or $60 for appointments on Saturday. 

However, you are able to cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before with no additional charge by emailing us at info@alleyesoptometry.com or calling us at (734) 492-3858 during our office hours, or leaving us a voicemail if we aren’t available at the time of your call.

We encourage all patients (and especially new patients) to arrive about 10 min prior to their scheduled appointment time to allow time to fill out their patient history form. All patients arriving more than 15 min past their scheduled appointment time may also be subject to our Cancellation or No-Show Policy fee, as stated above.


Outside Glasses Troubleshooting:

We take pride in choosing and partnering with labs that produce quality lens materials, coatings, and edging, as well as assisting our patients in choosing frames that fit and sit well.  All Eyes Optometry are happy to help you with any frame or lens troubles you encounter. However, if you’ve purchased your frames and/or lenses from an outside office or store, we have a $65 charge for troubleshooting the glasses prescription.   

This does not apply to any frames or lenses purchased from All Eyes Optometry as troubleshooting and adjustments are included with the purchase of glasses.


BCBS/BCN Vision Plan Eligibility:

Some Blue Cross Blue Shield/Blue Care Network have an embedded “exam only” eye insurance.  Usually through the University of Michigan plans. However, to be able to utilize this vision plan, one must bring proof of eligibility to their appointment. 

Eligibility is able to be found through your insurance portal, where one can print off or take a photo of eligibility for a 92004 or 92014 comprehensive exam. 

Another option is calling BCBS/BCN customer service, asking for proof of eligibility for the 92004 or 92014 comprehensive exam and having the customer service representative fax it to us at (734) 531-6422.

PD Package Plan:

Any glasses troubleshooting and adjustments are included with your glasses purchase. All Eyes Optometry will measure vertical and horizontal PDs, troubleshoot, and/or make adjustments for glasses anytime for free of charge if they are initially purchased from us.
